1. Who we are and acceptance

UTM Builder is offered by , registered under Brazilian company registration number (CNPJ) , with its address at (“we” or “us”).

These Terms of use govern access to and use of the website, the tools and the paid plans (the “service”). By creating an account or using the service, you declare that you have read and agree to these terms and to the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

To create an account you must be 18 years of age or older and have full legal capacity. Anyone who uses the service on behalf of a company declares that they have the authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. The service

The service builds URLs with UTM parameters standardized by channel, generates QR codes from those URLs, keeps a history of what you saved and offers support tools for media and analytics, such as a link auditor, calculators, a bulk builder and templates.

The tools are support tools. Channel predictions, calculations and code templates follow the platforms’ public rules (such as Google Analytics 4), checked on the date shown in each tool, and the platforms may change these rules without notice. Check the result before publishing.

We are not affiliated with Google, Meta, TikTok or any other platform mentioned. The trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners.

3. Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your email up to date: it is how we confirm your account, activate the paid plan and send notices.
• Your password is personal. You are responsible for whatever is done with your account and must notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Each account belongs to one person. Sharing access to get around plan limits is not allowed.
• You can download your data and delete your account at any time in My account.

4. Plans and limits

The current plans, prices and features are on the Pricing page, which is part of these terms. Currently, on this English site, in US dollars (the Portuguese site sells the same plans in Brazilian reais):

• Free: 4 UTM or QR code links every 24 hours. The first 2 work without an account; the other 2 require a free account. When you reach the limit, the counter resets to zero 24 hours later.
• Pro: US$ 9.90 per month, with 30 links every 24 hours, a bulk builder of up to 50 rows at a time, up to 10 templates, and tags in your history.
• Max: US$ 20 per month, with unlimited links, a bulk builder of up to 500 rows at a time, up to 50 templates, QR codes with your branding and reports with your branding.
• Agency: US$ 49.90 per month, for a team of up to 5 people, including the subscriber. Each team member has the Max features, plus a bulk builder of up to 1,000 rows at a time and up to 200 templates. Until automatic payment is available, purchase and activation are arranged by email.

Team. On the Agency plan, the subscriber is the team owner: they invite and remove people and can delete the team. The naming convention, templates and branding become the team’s, and anyone on the team can change them. The links each person generates after joining are visible to the whole team, but only the person who generated a link can edit or delete it. Anyone who leaves or is removed goes back to their own plan, and the links they made for the team remain in the team’s history. If the owner’s subscription ends, the team and its data remain stored, but members go back to their own plans until the subscription is restored. The owner is responsible for the people they invite.

A new link that you copy, download or save counts as usage. Editing the fields, viewing the preview and copying again a link that was already generated do not count. History keeps the 500 most recent links of each account.

“Unlimited” means no link counter for human, good-faith use. Automation that overloads the service, resale of access and use to get around another account’s limits may be restricted, with notice.

5. Payment and renewal

• Paid plans are monthly subscriptions, charged in advance by our payment provider on its own page: Stripe, in US dollars, for subscriptions bought on this English site, and Asaas, in Brazilian reais, for those bought on the Portuguese site. We do not receive or store your card number.
• The plan is activated for the account you were signed in to when you subscribed, as soon as the provider confirms payment.
• The subscription renews automatically every month, on the same day of the month as the purchase, until you cancel.
• If a charge fails, we try again and notify you by email. Without payment, the account goes back to the Free plan; nothing in the account is deleted because of that.
• Price changes apply to future billing cycles and are announced by email at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the new price takes effect.
• Prices include the taxes owed by the company on the service. The invoice (nota fiscal) is issued in accordance with the laws of the municipality where the company is located.

6. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds

• Cancellation. You can cancel at any time, without penalty, using the method indicated in the subscription confirmation email or through the contact in section 15. The plan stays active until the end of the period already paid, and then the account goes back to Free.
• Right of withdrawal. Within 7 calendar days after the first purchase of a plan, you can withdraw and get back the amount paid, as provided in article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor). The refund is made through the same payment method.
• After the 7 days. The amount for a period that has already started is not refunded on a pro rata basis, unless the law requires it or the service is unavailable due to our fault for a significant period.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• create links or QR codes that hide the real destination from the person who clicks, or that lead to scams, phishing, malware or illegal content;
• impersonate another person, brand or company;
• send spam or communications without the consent required by law;
• violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property and data protection rights;
• attempt to access data from other accounts, test vulnerabilities without authorization, get around plan limits or overload the service with automation;
• copy, resell or create a competing product from the service’s code, text or tools.

Responsibility for the destination of the links and for the material in which they are published lies with whoever publishes them.

8. Your content and intellectual property

The links, campaign names, tags, templates, logos and other data you put into the service remain yours. You grant us a limited permission to store and process this content solely to provide the service to you, under the terms of the Privacy policy.

The service’s software, design, text and tools belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. These terms do not transfer any of these rights to you, beyond the use of the service according to your plan.

9. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep the service available, but it may go offline due to maintenance, provider failures or reasons beyond our control. We may improve, change or remove tools. If we remove a paid feature that is part of your plan, we will notify you in advance and you can cancel with a pro rata refund for the unused period.

10. Responsibilities

• The service is a support tool. Check the final URL and the predicted channel, and test the printed QR code before investing budget or sending material to the print shop.
• We are not liable for campaign results, for decisions made based on the tools, for changes to the rules of third-party platforms or for the unavailability of third-party services.
• To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for damages related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the event.
• Nothing in these terms excludes rights that the law guarantees to consumers and that cannot be waived.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, uses the service for fraud or puts other users or the service itself at risk. Whenever possible, we notify you in advance and give you time to correct the issue. If the termination is due to our fault or occurs without any violation on your part, we refund the pro rata amount for the unused paid period.

You can close your account whenever you want in My account. Deletion erases the account and the data linked to it, with the exceptions described in the Privacy policy.

12. Privacy

The processing of personal data follows Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018) and is described in the Privacy policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or in the law. Material changes are announced by email or within the service at least 15 days in advance. If you keep using the service after the change takes effect, you agree to the new version; if you do not agree, you can cancel and delete your account.

14. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction. In all other cases, the courts of the judicial district (comarca) where the company is headquartered are chosen as the venue. Before taking any action, use the contact in section 15: most issues are resolved there.
